- Now that we've honed / refined / defined the Strategy, we have a
common platform from which to recommend initiatives that will
implement it. Initiatives are evaluated from the perspective of
meeting specific Strategic goals; if an initiative doesn't support a
goal, it is eliminated from consideration. Metrics are developed by which
those initiatives can be managed. As part of this process, we use
other methodologies (such as Kepner-Tregoe) to assess alternatives and
develop priorities.
