Chris Miller brings over 6 years of living in China to the table.  He knows both American and Chinese approaches to doing business, which are not always congruent.  Perhaps most importantly, he knows the distinctly-different Chinese approach toward conflict resolution.  Chris understands not only the psychology of the Chinese people, but he also has important connections, people who can be counted on to advance his agenda.  In a society where business rules and the law can and do change much more frequently than in the West, the only prevailing factor is the 'personal relationship'.   Chris' personal relationships are invaluable.

In addition to his networking, Chris knows how to get a company up and running.  He has successfully started Joint Ventures and worked with Wholly-Owned Foreign Enterprises in China.  He knows how to get things done.

Jonathan Jacoby brings a background of Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, and effective leadership in high-risk corporate projects.  Jon has manufactured intricate mechanical and electronic equipment in the commercial and Department of Defense arenas, re-engineered the fulfillment processes and system for a $2B corporation specializing in computer equipment, installed a Data Warehouse for a $100B investment company, installed a Customer Relationship Management system at a $5B business equipment corporation, developed Contingency Planning processes for the world’s #2 telecommunications company.... Despite the complexity, his projects don't fail.
